Praxity is an accounting alliance that regularly recruits new member firms to join its global network. The existing onboarding process could be confusing, with a large amount of information for new members to take in at once, delivered primarily through an introductory meeting and a series of follow-up emails. To streamline the process, I was briefed to create a central resource that encompassed all elements of onboarding, along with any additional information new members might find helpful.
I chose to build the resource in Foleon so it could be easily accessed and bookmarked via a single link. This also meant the content could be updated at any time, avoiding outdated versions of documents being saved and used by member firms. Following its launch, the executive team found that the resource made the onboarding process significantly simpler and more efficient.
